Order Pricing and Charges

Price orders and add discounts, fees and freight

Price every order from the customer's price level and your price tables, and reprice it when the tables change. Discounts, fees, freight and cost components are added on the order itself, so the total is right before it ships.

What it does

  • Each order carries a price level, line prices come from your price tables, and any line can show the item's prices at every level
  • Reprice an open order from the current price tables, or set one unit price across selected lines
  • Calculate a cumulative discount from the customer's qualifying purchases, and apply mandated and custom fees to the order
  • Add freight lines and vendor cost components to an order, and maintain the sales tax codes used on orders
