Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

Requisition, approve and issue purchase orders

Enter purchase requisitions, split their lines across vendors and pull them onto purchase orders. When approval is required, an order with no approver, or one over the approver's limit, goes on hold. Buyers work requisitions, orders and receipts from one management screen and print the purchase order for the vendor.

A requisition approved and sent

What it does

  • Enter requisitions and split their lines across vendors, with candidate vendors and costs from the vendor cross reference
  • Pull open requisition lines onto a purchase order, automatically for its vendor or by hand
  • Record who approved each requisition and purchase order and, where approval is required, hold an order whose approver is missing or over their limit
  • Work requisitions, orders and receipts from one management screen, with purchase order forms and status and edit reports
