The Supplies Inventory (SI) module in ABECAS Insight is a full-featured supplies inventory management system meant for inventorying items that you purchase and use. It is important to track this type of inventory for Cost Accounting purposes.
SI interfaces directly with the Equipment and Facilities Management (EM) module or the Farm and Equipment (FE) Management module, providing cost and part number information for the vehicles. It also integrates with Order Management (OM) and Purchase Orders (PO). From within SI, you can generate Requisitions and Purchase Orders manually or automatically based on inventory levels, Cost product at Last Cost, Standard Cost, Average Cost, or any of the previous with a markup.
SI can manage your supplies inventory with location tracking to 5 levels.
