Reusable transaction profiles carry the defaults and checks for each kind of receipt, shipment or adjustment, so clerks start every record with the right settings. Common mistakes are flagged on screen while the clerk is still on the record, not found later.
What it does
- New transactions pick up default values from the chosen profile
- Set numbering separately for receipts, shipments and adjustments, automatic or keyed with a prefix
- Warn on dates outside an allowed range and on shipments that would take stock negative
- Add up to four chosen reports to the transaction's print menu
