Key Elements for Your Implementation

Each new customer is assigned a Project Coordinator who will work with you to meet your implementation dates and objectives. The Project Coordinator is your main contact with our programming and support staff. Thus each one of your requests becomes part of the plan to help you succeed in your installation.
Prior to training, we already have a basic understanding of what you need based on your Transition Plan: it is determined by our Systems Administrator with your local hardware people or decided during Argos Software’s System Administrator’s online visit, or discussed with our Support and Installation Manager.
On a mutually decided schedule, we offer Management Progress Reviews. These services range from regular Account Manager check ups (a part of your purchase) to on-site or remote access review of your data input, identification and documentation of your “go live” issues, review and if appropriate revision of the original Transition Plan.

Main steps to implement ABECAS Insight

On-site Implementation, Setup and Training
Once ABECAS Insight is installed and configured to your needs, (security, data dictionary, profiles, codes, user defined terminology and end user screens, etc) we test it for accuracy. This “test drive” of your business helps you define how the software can meet your Business Success Criteria. Then, training is held for users, at train-the-trainer level or at the end user level, depending on your preference. These sessions are offered either at Argos’ facilities or at your location and usually scheduled for one week at a time.

Pre-Training support and hardware configuration
Many of our customers have an IT department who feel comfortable downloading and installing ABECAS Insight using the guidelines Argos Software has provided. For other entities, we offer services that can help you decide on staffing levels, competencies with existing personnel and then mutually decide on the best path of training.

On-going Training
As you progress through the setup of the system for your situation, additional training and review sessions are typically scheduled. The first session is generally about two weeks to one month after the initial On Site Visit. Then, before going live on the system, an on-site visit is very beneficial in cementing the use of the system, in dealing with operational issues on a real time basis and for validating your procedures. Once you have started to accumulate data, your project coordinator can offer you insight into your data.

Congratulations! You’ve installed Argos Software. That doesn’t end our work together or our commitment to your ongoing success. Your maintenance fees cover HelpDesk support, regular updates, and more. You also have access to our professional services consultants.
