Converge 2019 Recap: A Chicago-Style User Group for the Win

This event was a huge success for bringing together several software companies and their customers, providing training sessions and partner opportunities, and providing fun networking opportunities fueled by beverages, delicious food options, and most importantly, all the activities at Punchbowl Social, including bowling, games, and karaoke!

The week started off with a welcome reception Sunday night, and sessions kicked off Monday morning after the honored speaker Andrew Tarvin, Humor Engineer and best-selling author of Humor That Works, motivated everyone to start the week on an upbeat note and encouraged us to work harder on connections in the workplace by incorporating humor and better communication styles in our day-to-day jobs. His thought-leadership has inspired many to incorporate this workplace style to help employees bring more enjoyment into their daily routines, which also helps produce better results at work!

After the inspiring kick-off from the keynote speaker, customers attended training sessions with their perspective companies to learn more about how to use their software to its fullest capabilities, had opportunities to ask questions and work one-on-one with employees, and even got insight into new products and partners that could help take their businesses to the next level.

While this event was packed with informative sessions and learning opportunities, it was also served with a taste of the Chicago-style food and fun. Guests got the chance to try Chicago-style hot dogs, Deep dish pizza, Italian beef and more, and were treated to a fun night of games, buffets and an open bar to round out this event.

Chicago knows how to work hard and play hard! Converge 2019 left guest full of knowledge and delicious food!
