Implementation Services
Once you have decided on your Business Success Criteria, planned and purchased your hardware, co-developed your Transition Plan, Argos offers services that help you accomplish your goals. Each is designed around your requirements - no two businesses are alike!

Project Coordinator
Each new customer is assigned a Project Coordinator who will work with you to meet your implementation dates and objectives. The Project Coordinator is your main contact with our programming and support staff but also documents your business processes, setup and concerns in our Service and Project Management software, as do each of our Industry Support Specialists and Programmers. Thus each one of your requests becomes part of the plan to help you succeed in your installation. and no one person "owns" your information!

Pre-Training support and hardware configuration
Many of our customers have an IT department who feel comfortable downloading and installing ABECAS Insight using the guidelines Argos Software has provided. Other entities aren't as comfortable making the choices on how to configure the hardware and how to make the software setup choices to best match their operational and business requirements. For these entities, we offer services that can help you decide on staffing levels, competencies with existing personnel and then mutually decide on the best path of training.

Management Progress Reviews
On a mutually decided schedule, we offer Management Progress Reviews. These services range from regular Account Manager check ups (a part of your purchase) to on-site or remote access review of your data input, identification and documentation of your "go live issues" (and what it will take to get you "live"), review and if appropriate revision of the original Transition Plan. We help you assess where you are in meeting your Business Success Criteria, and departmental goals and offer suggestions as to how to proceed forward to meet your success criteria. We can help you execute your plan, on any level!

Setup & Training Services
Prior to training, we already have a basic understanding of what you need based on your Transition Plan, our Systems Administrator's discussion with your local hardware people or from the Argos' System Administrator's onsite visit, and your discussions with our Support and Installation Manager. The following services are provided, at your choice;

On-site Implementation, Setup and Training
Once ABECAS Insight is installed and configured to your needs, (security, data dictionary, profiles, codes, user defined terminology and end user screens, etc) Argos’ personnel along with your operations staff test for accuracy as applicable to how you run your business. This "test drive" of your business helps you define how the software can help meet your operations and meet your Business Success Criteria. As appropriate, training is then held for users, at train-the-trainer level or at the end user level, depending on your preference. These sessions are offered either at Argos' facilities or at your location, and are tailored to your needs (not just a "canned" class or course). Usually scheduled for one week at a time, this varies by the requirements of the customer.

On-going Training
As you progress through the setup of the system for your situation, additional training and review sessions are typically scheduled. The first such session is generally about two weeks to one month after the initial On Site Visit. Also, at the point you are ready to go live on the system, an on-site visit is very beneficial in cementing the use of the system, in dealing with operational issues on a real time basis and for validating your procedures. Once you have started to accumulate data, our Industry Software specialist can offer you insight into your data and how it can best be used for management decisions and for improving your business operations. From automating tasks through Task Agent, or designing dashboards, Argos and ABECAS Insight is designed to provide you with the highest level of business intelligence.
