Planning Services
The key to meeting your "Business Success Criteria" is the definition of the criteria, careful planning of what it will take, and expert advice on how to get you there. Instead of offering specific "courses" with fixed fees, we work with you to design a plan that meets your needs. We offer the following planning services.
Transition Plans
Each new customer receives a "Transition Plan", co-developed by you and Argos. This plan identifies key dates and deadlines, tailored to your needs. This can include planning of your system, training of personnel, parallel testing times, conversion and "go-live" dates as well as Management Reviews of your progress, as appropriate. It also identifies the resources needed to meet your objectives including both yours and Argos' responsibilities.
Implementation Workshops
Argos Software offers strategic workshops designed to maximize the benefits of your software and minimize your implementation time, expense, and frustration. Our experts guide you through critical business decisions as related to the design of your business processes in order to take advantage of new technology and options. Offered either on-site or at Argos' facilities, this workshop helps you plan a new way to think about your business operations and competitive customer offerings.
Systems/Network Planning Services
We recognize the expense involved in upgrading your systems and the desirability of optimizing the value of your investment for your environment. Depending on your requirements, we offer a range of services, from providing basic hardware requirements to you or your local network provider, to on-site visits to help purchase, install and optimize your network.
Complete Conversion Assistance
In many cases, it is advisable to have experts assist you in planning your implementation in detail. We delve into your operation, analyzing and documenting the business rules and processes critical to the implementation of ABECAS Insight; review how best to phase in the new system; support you as you assess your staff requirements, skills and availability; review what current data may be available for conversion and what should be converted and when; and suggest improved practices, where appropriate. |
