API for User Integration
Database exposure. ABECAS Insight exposes its underlying functionality through an API. The SDK allows a programmer to read from and write to the ABECAS Insight database letting the API handle the database and business logic.
Powerful Reporting
Open data structure and reporting tool. ABECAS Insight uses Report BuilderT for forms, reports and ad hoc analysis, along with a standard SQL data dictionary. These are user customizable. In addition, standard reporting tools, such as Crystal Reports©, can be used. Our goal is let you turn your data into knowledge.
Connectivity
Remote access, web services, EDI/XML, faxing. ABECAS Insight functions with the popular remote control packages . for example, remote users may log-in through Microsoft Terminal Services© or Citrix Metaframe©. Optional web interfaces can connect remote users, customers and others. Data can be electronically exchanged using EDI, XML or ASCII files with our communications manager handling the interchange.
Relational Database

ABECAS Insight employs Microsoft SQL Server©, a proven relational database management system (RDBMS) with industry-leading performance and total cost of ownership (TCO). The system is ANSI SQL compliant and supports automatic rollback, replication and other advanced SQL Server functions.
Windows© Environment
Powerful, scalable. cost effective. The ABECAS Insight servers operate on top of the Microsoft Windows Server© family . the clients on standard Windows workstations. The programs run as compiled 32-bit programs on the client.
Flexible Network Integration
Heterogeneous Network Support. ABECAS Insight uses TCP/iP and SQL Server's built-in authentication to work on virtually any network . Windows NT and Windows 2000 Domains, Novell Directories, Linux and Unix networks.
