Enterprise Software Sales (Regional Representatives)

Argos Software develops, markets and supports enterprise level business software with a primary focus on agri-business, logistics and supply chain companies. The core of the system is a full financial and cost accounting (Activity Based Costing) system that integrates with our operations and support modules. Our market space is mid-sized companies and organizations that have grown beyond Quick Books and where Tier One products are not affordable or appropriate.

We are looking to expand our network of resellers and representatives. If you are well connected to an industry with a solid base of relationships, then let us work with you to build this into a strong marketing opportunity. We will provide the technical support to your sales effort, including both on-site and on-line discussions and presentations.

Perhaps you are retired or retrenched from a sales role in one of our markets, or you might already be a manufacturers representative and see this as an opportunity to expand your offerings to existing customers. You may be a Value Added Reseller or Consultant in a synergistic area. We don’t need high pressure salespeople, we want people with integrity who can represent us as we wish to be seen, as an honorable, customer focused solution provider.

Preferred Background and Attributes
• Industry experience and contacts at the “C” level
• Knowledge of applications software and its ability to facilitate business operations
• Broad understanding of accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, production, maintenance, dispatching, service, relationship management functions
• Independent entrepreneurial spirit wanting to take on a new challenge
• Ability to understand and communicate user requirements
• Skilled at setting expectations based on what is realistic and achievable
• Sales experience with a love for the process and success
